🚀 How Clients Submit Tickets #
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal #
Clients enter:
- 📧 Email Address
- 🔑 Password
to access the client dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Support Section #
Click Support or Tickets from the portal menu.
Step 3: Create a New Ticket #
Clients enter:
- 📌 Ticket Subject
- 🏢 Department
- ⚡ Priority
- 📝 Description of the issue
Step 4: Attach Files (Optional) #
Clients can upload:
- 🖼️ Screenshots
- 📄 Documents
- 📑 PDFs
to explain the issue clearly.
Step 5: Submit the Ticket #
Click Submit Ticket 🎉
The support team will receive the request and respond through the ticket system.
