This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions to CybroCRM may be cancelled and whether refunds are applicable.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
- Subscription Model
CybroCRM operates on a prepaid subscription basis:
- Billing is monthly or annual
- Payments are made in advance
- Access to the platform is provided based on the selected plan
- Refund Policy

- All subscription fees are non-refundable
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial usage of services
- Unused subscription periods
- Downgrades during an active billing cycle

- Duplicate payment
- Technical billing errors
All such cases will be reviewed at our discretion.

- A free trial may be offered to evaluate the platform
- No charges apply during the trial period
- After trial expiry:
- Access may be restricted
- Data is retained for a limited period

How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:

Important Notes:
- Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
- Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing
- Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle
- Renewal charges will be applied using your saved payment method

- Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your access to CybroCRM will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for remaining time
- Data Retention After Cancellation
- Paid users: Data retained for 90 days after subscription ends
- Trial users: Data retained for 60 days after trial expiry
After this period:
- All data will be permanently deleted
- Recovery will not be possible
- Termination by CybroCRM
CybroCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts:
- For violation of Terms & Conditions
- For illegal or abusive activities
- For non-payment
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
