Assigning tasks helps teams give work to the right people and track responsibilities easily.
🔹How to Assign a Task? #
Step 1: Open Tasks #
- Click Tasks
- Open an existing task
or - Click New Task
Step 2: Select Team Member #
In the Assign To section:
- Choose the staff member responsible for the task
You can assign one or multiple users.
Step 3: Add Task Details #
Enter:
- 📌 Task Name
- 📅 Due Date
- ⚡ Priority
- 📝 Description
Step 4: Save the Task #
Click Save 🎉
The assigned user will now see the task in their task list.
