Terms & Conditions – CybroCRM

Welcome to CybroCRM. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and CRM services.

By accessing or using CybroCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Definitions
  • “Service” refers to the CybroCRM platform and all related services
  • “Subscriber” refers to the account owner
  • “User” / “Invited User” refers to individuals authorized to use the account
  • “Data” refers to all information stored within the platform
  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CybroCRM:

  • You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • If using on behalf of an organization, you agree on behalf of that entity
  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Ensure all users under your account comply with these Terms

You must NOT:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the system
  • Disrupt or damage the platform
  • Upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Use bots or automated tools (except search engines)
  1. Account & Access Control
  • Access is granted based on your subscription plan
  • The Subscriber controls user access levels
  • The Subscriber is responsible for all activity under the account
  • Access can be revoked or modified at any time

In case of disputes between users, the Subscriber has final authority.

  1. Subscription & Billing
  • CybroCRM operates on a subscription-based model
  • Billing is monthly or annual, paid in advance
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
  1. Free Trial
  • A trial period (if offered) allows you to evaluate the service
  • Trial access may have limited features
  • Data from trial accounts is retained for a limited period after expiry
  1. Data Ownership
  • All data entered into CybroCRM belongs to the Subscriber
  • CybroCRM does not claim ownership of your data
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
  1. Data Retention
  • Trial accounts: Data retained for 60 days after expiry
  • Paid accounts: Data retained for 90 days after subscription ends
  • After this period, data will be permanently deleted
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All rights to the platform, including design, code, and content, belong to CybroCRM
  • You may not:
    • Copy
    • Modify
    • Distribute
    • Reverse engineer

Any content you submit must not violate intellectual property rights.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Transmit harmful or offensive content
  • Interfere with system security
  • Upload viruses or malicious code

Violation may result in immediate termination.

  1. Third-Party Services
  • CybroCRM may integrate with third-party tools
  • Your use of such services is subject to their terms
  • We are not responsible for third-party services
  1. Service Availability
  • We aim to provide 24/7 service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Downtime may occur due to:
    • Maintenance
    • Technical issues
    • External factors (internet, hosting, etc.)
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

CybroCRM does not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation
  • Continuous availability
  • Suitability for your business needs
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CybroCRM is not liable for:
    • Data loss
    • Profit loss
    • Business interruption
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CybroCRM against:

  • Claims
  • Damages
  • Losses

arising from:

  • Your misuse of the service
  • Violation of these Terms
  1. Termination

CybroCRM may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Restrict access without prior notice

You must:

  • Submit a written request for termination
  • Clear all outstanding dues

No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Protect confidential information
  • Not disclose without consent (unless required by law)
  1. Legal Compliance
  • We may disclose user information if required by law
  • These Terms are governed by Indian law
  1. Force Majeure

CybroCRM is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Power failures
  • Internet outages
  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
